Dialpad Welcomes Seasoned Sales Leader, Continues Rapid Revenue Growth

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- NOV. 21, 2019 -- Dialpad, the only cloud-native business communications platform powered by Voice Intelligence (ViTM), announces that Ben Earle has joined the company as Vice President of Sales, located in the San Francisco office.

With a successful background in B2B sales, Earle leads Dialpad’s sales teams in San Francisco, Austin, New York, and remote and supports business expansion with strategic customers looking to onboard unified communications platforms to expand future business. His focus is on driving new business strategy by optimizing new logos, ongoing company expansion, cross sell, and renewals.

“I’ve worked with Ben previously for many years, and he’s been at the top of my list of people to work with again,” said Dan O’Connell, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Dialpad. “I have always been impressed by his extensive knowledge and dedication to customers, and his demonstrated sales leadership and strong background in building top performing sales teams will be a great addition to the growing Dialpad sales organization. We are thrilled to have him as part of the team!”

Prior to joining Dialpad, Earle worked as VP Sales for Apptimize, an A/B testing and feature release management platform. There, he was responsible for all revenue channels including new logo acquisition, expansion, renewals, customer success, and business development. In just 12 months, Earle’s team posted a 100% increase in revenue, helping lead the company through a successful acquisition by Airship in August 2019. Prior to his work at Apptimize, he spent six years at AdRoll, including his role as Head of Sales for North America, where he was responsible for the go-to-market strategy, launch, and growth of RollWorks, AdRoll's account-based platform brand.

“Dialpad is all about making the workplace better - both internally through diversity and inclusion efforts, and externally for its customers. To be able to work for a company that leverages technology to improve cross-department collaboration and overall makes people’s lives easier has been a dream of mine, and I now get to do it every day, surrounded by a talented team of sales professionals and executives,” added Earle.
