Dialpad appoints Lisa Banks to its Board of Directors
Financial veteran to serve as chairperson of Audit Committee

Ms. Banks will chair the company's newly formed Audit Committee and help guide the company through its next phase of growth.
In her current role as senior vice president of finance at ServiceNow, Inc., Ms. Banks is responsible for financial planning and analysis, investor relations and operational excellence. She brings over 20 years of accounting and finance experience working with a broad range of technology and financial services leaders including Cisco, MarketWatch.com and Ernst & Young.
