Dialpad Continues Global Expansion With SoftBank Presiding Over the Death of the Desk Phone
SAN FRANCISCO, December 13, 2016 ‐ Dialpad and SoftBank Corp. ("SoftBank") today announced an exclusive alliance to bring Dialpad's pure-cloud business communications solution to Japan, one of the world's largest economies and technology markets. SoftBank will offer Dialpad to its customers, enabling workers to junk their desk phones in favor of working from anywhere using any device. SoftBank, which is one of the largest G Suite resellers in the world, will be the exclusive provider of Dialpad for five years.
