Independent Research Firm Recognizes Dialpad as a Challenger in Unified Communications As a Service (UCaaS)

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- AUG 30, 2019 -- Dialpad, the only cloud-native business communications platform powered by Voice Intelligence (ViTM), today announced it has been positioned as a Challenger in The Forrester WaveTM: Unified-Communications-As-A-Service (UCaaS) Providers, Q3 2019. For the report, companies were evaluated based on 31 criteria. Forrester identified nine companies to research, analyze and score, and named Dialpad a challenger, noting that “Dialpad innovates with speech analytics and ease of deployment...”Founded in 2011 with a goal of “Making Business Communications Great,” Dialpad is the only Voice Intelligence-powered, cloud-native business communications provider in the market. At its UCaaS core is Dialpad Talk, which includes cloud PBX functionality, video calling, group chat, messaging, and numerous off-the-shelf integrations.
